Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided) to move inventory efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 99.8% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Identify process improvements and contribute to team efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
