Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory levels and conduct cycle counts with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
- Support special projects including inventory audits and process improvements
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime as operational needs require
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
