Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets in a time-sensitive environment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning/night shift availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
