Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using powered equipment (forklift/pallet jack experience preferred)
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing products to ensure quality control
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Uphold 5S principles for workplace organization and safety
- Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operations
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends (overtime potential)
