Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and package orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, organize storage areas, and perform cycle counts.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo safety during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and excellent attention to detail.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
