Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products: Safely handle freight and merchandise using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and scan items to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify contents against packing lists.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order picking and inventory tracking.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
