Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, to move products efficiently.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload freight from trucks using proper handling techniques to prevent damage.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas and optimizing workflow.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
