Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying shipment contents against packing lists.
- Assist in maintaining equipment maintenance schedules and reporting damages.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check (Positions available with no background check requirements).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in inventory and shipping.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and operating warehouse management software.
- Valid driver's license or reliable personal transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
