Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and stock audits
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with OSHA certification
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Train new associates on warehouse operations and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
