Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
