Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory shipments for accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and precision.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maintain safety and operational efficiency.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (not required but a plus).
