Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and transport materials to designated storage areas.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock organization, and maintaining inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: No prior experience required; Entry Level candidates are welcome!
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and a strong work ethic.
