Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately onto shelves or designated storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks) and flexible for overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
