Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select items for orders using RF scanners and package them securely.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on machinery and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license (for local transport duties if applicable).
