Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare products for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to commit to a full-time schedule.
