Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and assist in maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage products onto delivery trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe workplace for yourself and your team.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting items and processing paperwork.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
