Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (will consider candidates with equivalent work experience).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new processes.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
