Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate handling of inventory, ensuring that our supply chain operates smoothly from receiving to shipping.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock against documentation, identifying discrepancies or damages.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to update inventory levels in real-time.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse duties but preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
