Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to scan, track, and update inventory levels.
- Perform quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
- Operate handheld scanners and standard warehouse equipment safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and labeling.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
