Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and ship products accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory to ensure quality and quantity match purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We train the right candidates from scratch.
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
