Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners as trained.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Load Preparation: Inspect shipments for damage and ensure proper loading and unloading of trucks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires on the job. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
