Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and verify stock accuracy against warehouse records.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and perform routine equipment maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for on-site shifts).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
