Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, stack pallets, and organize stock in designated areas safely.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners as trained.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Background: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
