Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from shipping/receiving areas.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records using scanning systems.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping calculations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred for driving duties).
