Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move materials and products.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization using RF scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
