Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize errors.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient workflow at all times.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before and after processing.
- Operate scanning equipment and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for some driving duties within the facility).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
