Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse processes and technologies.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
