Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Sort incoming and outgoing merchandise with precision and speed to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a Clean Workspace by adhering to 5S standards, ensuring the warehouse remains safe and organized at all times.
- Inventory Management assist with cycle counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load and Unload Trucks safely, using proper lifting techniques and equipment to prevent injury.
- Collaborate with Team Leads to meet daily productivity goals and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to Stand and Lift frequently; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Basic Computer Literacy with the ability to read labels and use handheld scanners.
- Reliable Transportation to and from the Tacoma facility.
- Strong Work Ethic with a focus on safety, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Willingness to Work Flexible Hours, including night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
