Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Load and unload trucks utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory verification to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate packaging machinery and prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas and backrooms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
