Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
