Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack items according to customer orders using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and prepare them for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Organize warehouse shelves and maintain a clean, safe, and clutter-free work environment.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, adhering to all safety regulations and weight limits.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
