Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely, utilizing forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and inventory counts.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and punctuality.
- Valid Driver's License: Preferred but not required.
