Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders using company-provided scanners and conveyors
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with provided certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and verification processes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols using provided PPE (gloves, vests, steel-toed boots)
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits using provided tablets
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic computer literacy for operating handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to 5900 W Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs with provided lifting equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Pass background check and drug screening (equipment provided for testing)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
