Responsibilities
- Handle inventory receiving, sorting, and storage using company-provided tools
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using handheld scanners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping deadlines
Qualifications
- No background check required – all candidates considered
- Basic math skills and ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Reliable transportation to North Austin facility
- Willingness to complete paid equipment certification
- Positive attitude and ability to work in team environment
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
