Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using provided equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and verify incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by following 5S standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as trained and certified.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning items and entering data.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency to understand safety instructions and team directions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for the right attitude.
