Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials and products.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards and timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
