Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Sort, pack, and seal packages for shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for regional distribution.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including loading docks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (background check waived).
- No prior experience required; we value hustle and attitude over tenure.
