Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor, including labeling and storage placement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience or logistics background is preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL preferred for driver roles).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
