Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise on pallets or shelves to ensure efficient inventory flow.
- Perform accurate data entry and inventory checks using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Package and label items according to shipping guidelines and customer specifications.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipping.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable (training available).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
