Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Adhere to strict quality standards and operational procedures to minimize errors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for up to 10 hours during a shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 49 pounds (22 kg) repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency for reading labels and following instructions.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
