Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and inventory counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance measures
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery after certification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
