Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99%+ accuracy to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following 5S methodology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certification
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license (Class D) for equipment operation
