Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, verify, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Support inventory reconciliation and quality control initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and WMS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
