Responsibilities
- Accurately manage inventory using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform cycle counts and quality control checks
- Train on new technologies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug screen required
