Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and stock rotation
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Pack, label, and ship orders with precision
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Background check and drug screen clearance
