Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders efficiently with zero-error fulfillment standards
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory within the facility
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory management systems
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills and ability to read/write English fluently
