Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory with 99.8% accuracy
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners while meeting daily productivity targets
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through systematic stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
