Responsibilities
- Manage inventory through accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize storage space using WMS systems and maintain organized workstations
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in operating warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
