Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
