Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Assist in receiving, verifying, and documenting incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends if needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
